VBD 2024 Gold Sponsorship

The AAOMC extends our sincere gratitude for your valuable participation as a Gold Sponsor at Vision by Design 2024. Your support is instrumental in making this event a success. Please find below a list of items that will be due, along with their due dates. Please save this website for future reference, and submit once you have the information available. • Booth selection: Select your booth here ASAP! 
  As a Gold sponsor, you can select booths that are highlighted yellow (booths 314 – 421). This is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Sign contract: 
  Please sign the VBD 2024 Sponsorship agreement prior to September 1, 2024. Sign Here
• Submit Speaker information for Breakout Session
  As a Gold Sponsor, you receive a 25 minute lecture slot on Thursday or Friday, between 2pm – 3pm. You will receive notification of your date and time by June 15th. Please submit your information as soon as you have it available so that it can be published in the agenda. Due by September 9th. Submit your speaker information here.
